Mr. President, I dream that one day — probably late in your second term in office, when you have little left to lose — you’ll be as bold and cool as Brazilian President da Silva and toss condoms to hordes of drunken street revelers. You’re pretty slick and hip now, but there’s ample room left for improvement. And there’s a whole lot of good you can do if you grow cojones like these.
